Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to amend a contract with McFarland-Johnson Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-16-15, item #25), for the final design of the superstructure replacement and widening to address the Red List bridges carrying I-89 NB & SB over the Connecticut River between the City of Lebanon, NH, and the Town of Hartford, VT, by increasing the amount by $259,917.31 from $1,501,135.54 to $1,761,052.85 for additional final design and construction services requested by the Department and the Consultant. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
