Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to amend the memorandum of agreement with the Old Man of the Mountain Revitalization Fund Inc., d/b/a Old Man of the Mountain Legacy Fund (originally approved by G&C on 12-16-15, item #55), by extending the completion date to December 31, 2020 from December 31, 2018. (2)Further authorize to allocate up to $75,000 of matching funds to support a portion of the Legacy Fund’s Profile Lake Walkway project which will provide new recreational opportunities in Franconia Notch State Park. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2020. 100% Capital Funds.
