Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Milford for the purchase and installation of a generator at the Town’s primary Emergency Operations Center for a total amount of $25,801. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
