Description
Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a contract with Informa Business Media Inc. (formerly Penton Business Media Inc.), New York, NY, to provide vehicle valuation and identification information services required for the Municipal Agent Automation Project, in an amount not to exceed $563,000. Effective January 1, 2019 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2023, with the option to renew for two additional periods of two years. 100% Revolving Funds.
