Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D.L. King & Associates Inc., Nashua, NH, for the Elevator Upgrade at NH State Men’s Prison, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $713,685. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $43,815 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $757,500. (3)Further authorize the amount of $15,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $772,500. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2019. 100% Capital – General Funds.
