Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to amend a contract with Dubois and King Inc., South Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 11-8-17, item #77), to continue to provide Mechanical Engineering Services required for the planning, design and construction of various Public Works projects as necessary, by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $50,000 from $300,000 to $350,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020.
