Authorize to establish lists of outpatient core medical providers, with the ability to expand the lists to include additional individuals and organizations licensed by the State of NH, to provide core medical services to clients enrolled in the NH Ryan White CARE Program and NH Tuberculosis Financial Assistance Program. No maximum client or service volume is guaranteed. Accordingly, the shared price limitations among all services are as detailed in letter dated October 18, 2018.
