Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with Stantec Consulting Services Inc., Bedford, NH, for on-call engineering services for various transportation projects located throughout the State, for an amount not to exceed $500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2021.
