Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries Inc., Dracut, MA, for pavement resurfacing in Maintenance Districts 5 and 6, on the basis of a low bid of $2,461,238.87. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $123,061.94 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 13, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
