Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Co. Inc., Bow, NH, for intersection safety improvements on Scobie Pond Road and English Range Road in Derry, on the basis of a low bid of $1,232,979.65. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $86,308.58 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 27, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
