Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with E.D. Swett Inc., Concord, NH, for NH 28 bridge preservation efforts for two bridges carrying NH 28 over the Suncook River and Beauty Hill Road in Hooksett, on the basis of a low bid of $897,858.90. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $89,785.89 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 4, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
