Authorize to amend the contract agreement with Exel Inc., d/b/a DHL Supply Chain Americas, Westerville, OH, for transportation services, by exercising the first of two options to extend the completion date and by amending the transportation service and fuel charges. The original contract was approved by G&C on 8-14-13, item #48A) and expires January 31, 2019. This amendment will extend the contract for a five-year term, ending on January 31, 2024. 100% Liquor Funds.
