Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC, Atlanta, GA, for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Mount Washington in Mount Washington State Park. Effective upon G&C approval through a period of five years. (2)Further authorize to accept an initial annual rental payment of $33,844.08. In each subsequent year of the lease, the rent will be adjusted using the Consumers Price Index.
