Authorize the Division of Administration to enter into a sole source memorandum of agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Division of Motor Carriers International Fuel Tax Agreement Processing Consortium, for a price not to exceed $808,180 to continue facilitating the IFTA and providing a basis for the processing of NH’s IFTA tax returns.
