Authorize to expend funds from the State Opioid Response grant to exercise a renewal option with a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, for the provision of peer recovery support services and parenting education for pregnant women and parents in recovery, by increasing the price by $1,395,537 from $515,198 to $1,910,735.
