Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement for a 450 square foot parcel of state-owned land located on the Manchester & Lawrence Railroad corridor in the City of Manchester to Outfront Media for the greater of 30% of annual advertising income for the location per year or a minimum annual rent of $1,500, for a period of 5 years, which would yield a minimum of $7,500. Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2022.
