Description

Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option to a sole source agreement with Aptean Inc., Alpharetta, GA, formerly known as Upp Technology Inc., Terrace, IL (originally approved by G&C on 3-22-17, item #8), to provide software for the Integrated Resource Management System, by increasing the price by $72,572.51 from $90,384.71 to $162,957.22, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds.
