Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement for a 1,000 square foot parcel of state-owned land located on the Manchester & Lawrence Railroad corridor in the City of Manchester to Outfront Media for the greater of 35% of annual advertising income for the location per year of a minimum annual rent of $23,400, for a period of 10 years, which would yield a minimum of $234,000. Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2027.
