Description
Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) to set forth the terms under which NHES will provide aggregated wage data to USNH to assist USNH in continuing to maintain in-demand program offerings designed to contribute to workforce development and the economic growth of the State of New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval and may be terminated at any time by either party.
