Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for resurfacing two segments on I-89 in the towns of Sutton and New London, on the basis of a low bid of $2,018,395.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $100,919.77 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 9, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
