Description

Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to budget and expend prior year carry-forward funds in the amount of $388,317 to fund the Airport Improvement and Maintenance Program as prescribed by State statute. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Agency Income – Aircraft Toll (Fuel Fees). Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approved on June 20, 2025.
