Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Transportation, to enter into a sole source contract with Bentley Systems Inc., Exton, PA, to provide software maintenance and support for the DOT Computer Aided Design & Drafting System, in the amount of $316,395.62. Effective January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021 with the option to renew for an additional three years through December 31, 2024. 100% Other Funds (Agency Class 027 used to reimburse DoIT is 35.01% General, 64.99% Other).
