Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the Rockingham Planning Commission, Exeter, NH, to advise the 2019 update of coastal flood risk projections for NH and inform future implementation of community revitalization tax relief incentives to enhance coastal resilience, in the amount of $6,000.
