Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to establish a class 046 and transfer $40,000 within the account entitled “NHTSA Grants” for the purpose of paying consultants conducting an impaired driving assessment on behalf of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. (2)Further authorize to hire six temporary consultants for the purpose of conducting an impaired driving assessment on behalf of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
