Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Newton, for the purchase and installation of a generator, concrete pad, and security fencing at the community’s Emergency Operations Center, for a total amount of $29,500. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
