Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Loudon for the purchase and installation of a generator, electrical system upgrade, and HVAC system for the Town’s Local Emergency Operations Center, for a total amount of $143,380. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
