Description
Authorize Bureau of Environment to continue to make payments to the Department of Environmental Services Waste Management Division for payment of quarterly hazardous waste generator fees established in RSA 147-B:8 for deposit into the hazardous waste cleanup fund. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027.
