Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Austin Construction Inc., d/b/a Stephen Austin Co., Concord, VT, for replacement of the bridge carrying NH 18 over the Lafayette Brook, on the basis of a low bid of $1,007,031.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,351.58 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 26, 2019. 100% General Funds.
