Description
Authorize to amend the terms of the Lease and Operating Agreement with the Sunapee Difference LLC, Broomfield, CO (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-98, item #50), to add Change of Control language, to accept land and to provide for the expansion of the Mount Sunapee State Park, and to establish the Mount Sunapee Advisory Commission. Effective upon G&C approval.
