Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Jackson to purchase and install a generator, associated transfer switch, and concrete pad for the community’s Secondary Emergency Operations Center for a total amount of $5,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
