Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to amend a grant to provide additional funding to the City of Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #29I), to make improvements to the sand and chemical storage building and terminal building at the Lebanon Municipal Airport, by increasing the grant amount by $122,330.88 from $1,169,263 to $1,291,593.88. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 95% Federal Funds, 5% General Funds
