Description
Authorize the Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services to accept and expend State Opioid Response Grant funds from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration in the amount of $19,296,637. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to establish six full-time, temporary positions utilizing State Opioid Response grant funds. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. Fiscal Committee approved.
