Authorize the Division for Children, Youth and Families to amend an existing sole source agreement with NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-7-17, item #11), for the provision of a statewide domestic violence prevention program, by increasing the price limitation by $651,574 from $1,867,670 to an amount not to exceed $2,519,244. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. 63% General, 37% Other Funds.
