Authorize the Division of Behavioral Health to enter into agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated September 12, 2018, for the provision of transitional housing beds and services for adults who have severe mental illness or severe and persistent illness and who no longer meet the level of care provided by NH Hospital or a Designated Receiving Facility, in an amount not to exceed $1,297,252 in the aggregate. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
