Description

Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option and amend an existing sole source agreement with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-26-16, item #16), to continue to provide Senior Companion Services, by increasing the price by $60,000 from $60,000 to $120,000 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2020. 100% General Funds.
