Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to enter into a lease agreement with Bay Reach Realty Group for an 858 square foot parcel of state-owned railroad property located on the Concord-Lincoln Railroad Corridor in the City of Laconia for five years for $7,500 at $1,500 per year, and a one-time administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval.
