Description
Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management & Operations to enter into a contract amendment with Tilson Technology Management Inc., Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 3-22-17, item #23), to continue designing and building the Advanced Transportation Management System on the Frederick E. Everett Turnpike, by increasing the amount by $158,226 from $4,225,966.31 to $4,384,192.31, and by extending the completion date from October 30, 2018 to October 30, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Turnpike Funds.
