Authorize to amend on a sole source basis, a contract with MMcLeod Consulting (originally approved by G&C on 10-26-16, item #52), for the provision of consulting services in connection with the Department’s initiatives to improve the health insurance premium rate review process and transparency efforts and the review of health insurance issuers’ compliance with guaranteed availability and renewability of coverage regulations, by increasing the amount by $67,500, and by extending the end date from October 18, 2018 to October 31, 2019. The total cost of the contract is $306,400. 100% Federal Funds.
