Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with L & D Safety Marking Corporation, Barre, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $533,145.30, for construction of permanent grooved durable polyurea pavement markings on Tier 1 roadways along I-93, Northbound and Southbound, from Plymouth to Thornton, including all ramps for Exit 27 and 28, in District 3. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $26,657.27, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 19, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
