Description

Authorize the Division of State Police to establish a class 046, Consultants, from which to pay the County Attorney staff for assistance with statistics and implementation of best practices in the investigation of adult sexual assault cases. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend an additional $15,969 of federal pass-through funds from the NH Department of Justice for the purpose of paying the County Attorney staff for assistance with statistics and implementation of best practices in the investigations of adult sexual assault cases. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2018. 100% Agency Income. Fiscal Committee approved.
