Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Safer Institute, Providence, RI (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-17, item #7), for the provision of the State’s Emergency System for Advance Registration of Volunteer Health Professionals, by increasing the price by $71,964 from $161,919 to $233,883, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
