Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $2,190,947.95, for resurfacing of seven sections of various Tier 2,3 ,and 4 roadways throughout nine towns (Laconia, Meredith, Piermont, Sunapee, Wentworth, Lyme, New Hampton, Ashland, and Warren) in Districts 2 and 3. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $109,547.40, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 17, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
