Authorize to exercise a renewal option to a current agreement with Lamprey Health Care, Newmarket, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-8-17, item #9), for the provision of health promotion programs that promote health and independence opportunities to NH, by increasing the price by $103,948 from $90,953 to $194,901, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
