Description

Authorize to exercise a renewal option to an existing agreement with GTL Inc., d/b/a Link to Life, Novi, MI (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-16, item #9), to provide Personal Emergency Response Systems to eligible individuals age 60 years and over, by increasing the price by $50,000 from $50,000 to $100,000, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2020. 58% Federal, 42% General Funds.
