Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to amend an agreement with the Town of Salem (originally approved by G&C on 1-16-08, item #211), by increasing the amount by $5,228,200 from $920,000 to $6,148,200 to provide funding and services under the Federal Surface Transportation Block Grant Program through a Local Project Administration process, and by extending the completion date from June 2, 2019 to June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
