Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $8,287,209.97, for resurfacing of eleven sections of various Tier 2,3 and 4 roadways throughout fourteen town, including: Randolph, Gorham, Milan, Berlin, Waterville Valley, Albany, Bethlehem, Carroll, Stewartstown, Clarksville, Dalton, Lancaster, Jefferson, and Bartlett, in Districts 1 and 3. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $414,360.50, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 26, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
