Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Washington, for the purchase and installation of a generator at the town’s secondary Emergency Operations Center, for a total amount of $54,159. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
