Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Build-It Construction Services Inc., Plaistow, NH, for the Construction of Salt Buildings in Franklin and Loudon, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,076,141. (2)Further authorize the amount of $55,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,131,141. Effective upon G&C approval through September 15, 2019. 100% Capital-Highway Funds.
