Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with GMI Asphalt LLC, Belmont, NH, for permanent pavement repairs to damage due to October 29, 2017 storm event in the District 2 area, on the basis of a low bid of $570,401.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $28,520.08 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 12, 2018. 100% Other Funds – FEMA.
