Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into Local Project Agreements (and their amendments) with municipalities and other eligible for State Bridge Aid. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. (2)Further authorize to annually report an informational item, within 90 days of the end of the State Fiscal Year, on the status of all active State Bridge Aid projects.
